Nothing Less Than Excellent
“Our experience with KBL was nothing less than excellent. Beth make it easy for us, as she was very knowledgeable about they products and the pricing. There were no surprises, and as soon as an item had arrived, she was quick to notify us. When we learned that one of our items was backordered with the manufacturer, Beth followed up on several occasions to let us know the status of our item. I would strongly encourage anyone shopping at KBL to see out Beth, as she not only enjoys her job, but she makes customer service a priority.”
